“Keeps everyone in one spot!”
Pros
At my workplace, I use it to keep information for everyone in one spot, from office staff to shop floor workers. I find it simple and visually appealing plus it lets me publish updates on screens, run surveys and gather ideas. I also use the mobile app which lets me log in without a Windows account and that's a huge benefit for me.
Cons
Some admin work does take a bit of practice for me and I need to understand the structure behind it but it's not overly complicated.

“Easy to reach all employees”
Pros
For communication, I can easily reach employees across all offices and countries. I know everyone is getting the same updates and the way the company structure is displayed makes it clear for me to follow.
Cons
The admin side isn't very self explanatory for me, so employees definitely need proper training.
