Having everything in one place really saves time for me and I can quickly view all employee-related information without switching between different tools. The interface feels fast and easy to navigate.
Cons
I also feel I need to be careful with login rights management, since access control is something I personally treat as sensitive.

Pros
Managing employee benefits, payroll, learning and development all in one system is something I rely on regularly and I find it helpful that everything is connected instead of being scattered across multiple platforms.
Cons
Security is something I keep in mind because all data is stored in one place and in my opinion, there is always a potential risk of confidential information exposure if a breach happens.
