Pros
What I personally notice is that the tool feels designed with HR expertise behind it and it solves real HR problems while also offering additional useful features beyond basic HR functions.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit on the higher side to me, especially since some of the newer features still feel uncertain in terms of how well they will perform in real use.
