“Very unreliable software

Pros

It is easily available for purchase and more affordable compared to many other time management software options I come across.

Cons

We faced privacy issues as several devices in our company were showing reports that were not from our equipment. The reporting feature is poorly designed and lacks customization which means a lot of time is spent formatting it to fit our needs. The setup guide is complicated and not user-friendly. Also it does not calculate overtime and the bi-weekly schedule is fixed which should be adjustable for specific payroll calendars. Data syncing from the device is irregular. Additionally the Anviz bot chat is not very helpful.

Pros

I appreciate how CrossChex Cloud is completely free to use, easy to set up and offers fantastic support from the team.

Cons

I feel like they can simplify time and attendance tracking, especially for companies with complex shift patterns such as we only need to the first IN time and the last OUT time, along with an option to set the total working hours.

Pros

We love how we can quickly and easily access timesheet information online making it super convenient for our team.

Cons

The fingerprint ID was not set up correctly but it could have been user error. After several attempts we decided not to try again.

There are quite a lot I like but for now I would say it is user friendly and simple to use.

Cons

It does not adapt well to attendance control in other countries.

It is inexpensive and very easy to manage. I have never used a system this simple to handle.

I love everything about it as it's the best product I have ever used.

Setting up the cloud service connectivity is pretty easy and simple to do.
