Beginner friendly analytics platform

Pros

It has been a great starting point for me in analytics because I can explore different data points and understand what matters most for my work. I also found customer support very helpful since I was able to connect with representatives and data experts whenever I had questions or wanted improvements.

Cons

Sometimes downtime during data entry affects my analysis work which interrupts my workflow.

Scalable AI analytics

Pros

From my perspective, the platform does a strong job of turning complex data into useful insights and I can scale it easily based on my needs. The interface is simple for me to use and I like that I can build self-service reports and even use AI-driven insights. I also value how responsive the support teams are and I've seen them actively work on feedback and improvements. Deployment was also quick in my case and I was able to start seeing results soon after setup.

Cons

Aside from a few design-related choices, I don't really have major concerns in my experience.

Easy HR analytics dashboard

Pros

Overall, I find it easy to navigate and use for analytics and reporting and I can quickly access dashboards and insights without difficulty. The support options are also helpful whenever I need assistance and I appreciate how feedback is actually taken seriously and used to improve the product. It has become one of the tools I rely on most in my organization.

Cons

API limitations are something I've noticed, although I understand improvements are in progress, so I'm hopeful about future updates.
