“Efiicient and amazing quality product

Pros

I use my applause points from THR to buy O.C. Tanner items like jewelry, facial products and camping gear. The quality of the products has always impressed me.

Cons

I wish there were more gift card options and jewelry choices available. It would also be great if you could exchange or return e gift cards when needed. Having a universal gift card that works anywhere and automatically deducts from your points balance would be way more convenient.

I love how many options are available and there's really something for everyone. The range of features you can choose from is impressive and the customer service has always been quick and helpful whenever I've needed support.

Cons

The email support is solid when I need help but I really wish they still offered phone support as an option.

The variety of recognition options really stands out. We've implemented the rewards system and our team loves the gift card selection. Having multiple reward choices makes each gift feel personal instead of just handing out generic cards to stores people don't actually shop at. Their customer service team has been solid and offers several ways to contact them. This flexibility is a game changer since our employees sometimes run into issues redeeming rewards, so being able to email or call for help really makes a difference.

Cons

To be honest i didnt face any real issues. The gift card links do expire which is a bummer but they do a good job of letting you know about it ahead of time.
