“exceptional customer care & easy reporting
Pros
What really stands out to me is the level of customer care. The overall process is strong and the portal and reporting features are well-built and reliable. Whenever we have faced challenges, their problem-solving has been exceptional. I have always felt confident that any issue would be handled properly.
Cons
It's honestly hard for me to think of anything noteworthy that I didn't like. The entire process was exceptionally facilitated by it from start to finish. Everything felt smooth, organized and professionally handled throughout.

“Great survey tool
Pros
It is an excellent automated tool for all our surveying needs. It's very user-friendly whether you are a team member filling out a survey or an HR admin managing everything on the backend. The reporting insights are detailed and actually useful not just surface-level data. On top of that the customer service from the team has been outstanding. They are always supportive and ready to help whenever we need assistance.
Cons
the tool is mainly focused on surveys right now which works well for what it's designed to do. However I would really love to see future versions expand into more HRIS capabilities. Adding those features would make it much more powerful and helpful for managing broader HR functions beyond just surveys.

“Easy to use but sometimes crashes
Pros
I really like how user-friendly the interface is. It does not feel complicated which makes it easy for everyone to use. The anonymous conversation feature is another highlight for me. It encourages honest feedback while still allowing open communication which is incredibly important for engagement.
Cons
Creating custom surveys are sometimes overwhelming for me. I have experienced issues with loading times and on a few occasions the system has crashed. When that happens it slows down my workflow and makes the process more frustrating than it should be.

Pros
It integrates smoothly with many other platforms and tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. That makes it easy for us to connect feedback data directly into our existing systems and workflows. It saves time and keeps everything aligned without needing to jump between multiple platforms.
Cons
I've noticed that the CultureMonkey survey does not always cover all the relevant aspects of an employee's overall experience. It may collect personal data about employees which is something that should be handled carefully and with proper safeguards.

“clean design and helpful support
Pros
UI is clean and easy to work with and I've had a great experience with the backend team as well. They're prompt and efficient whenever we need additional features enabled or customized. It feels reassuring to know that support is quick and responsive when new requirements come up.
Cons
honestly don't have any issues with it.. Everything has been working smoothly for me so far.

“efficient dashboards that boost engagement

It has some of the most advanced dashboards I have seen compared to many tools I've evaluated or used in the past. The customized reports and views are extremely helpful especially when they are split by manager level, locations, departments and roles. My favorite feature is the manager-level cuts combined with action planning. It allows us to actively involve stakeholders and make them part of the solution. That hands-on approach really helps us improve engagement scores across the organization in a meaningful way.
Cons
I do not have any cons to mention at this point. My experience has been positive and I have not faced any problems yet.

“Flexible surveys with useful questions
Pros
I really appreciate the collection of relevant employee survey questions designed to measure engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. The survey templates cover important areas like wellness, job satisfaction, inclusion and more. What I like most is that the questions can be customized to truly resonate with our employees. We can also choose suitable response types depending on what we want to measure. That flexibility makes it much easier to gather meaningful and actionable feedback.
Cons
There's really nothing specific that I can point out as a downside. I have not come across any issues worth mentioning so far.

“Strong support and easy to use
Pros
the biggest strengths are their customer service and the backend support....both are excellent. The platform itself is easy to use which makes adoption smooth across teams. The analytics are clear and helpful and I also appreciate that it supports many different languages. That makes it much easier to roll this out across diverse teams without worrying about language barriers.
Cons
honestly... nothing negative comes to mind so far. Everything has been working well for me. I've had a smooth experience overall. I am still curious about whether it's possible to launch surveys through our company email domain as I am not completely sure if that can be done. Other than that things have been good.

Pros
Their customer service has honestly been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to solve any issue. Whenever I have reached out, I've felt supported and heard. It's clear that they genuinely care about helping their customers succeed.
Cons
I would really appreciate a more smooth way for analytics to flow directly into automated visual reports. While the real-time dashboards are great and very useful, having a simple button that could generate filtered, ready-to-use visuals would make the experience even better and save a lot of time.

“Powerful multilingual platform with great usability
Pros
One feature I truly value is the multilingual survey capability. Having access to 100+ language translations has been incredibly helpful for our ground staff. It allows us to reach everyone comfortably in their preferred language which makes participation more inclusive and meaningful.
Cons
At the moment I don't have any complaints. The platform is very user-friendly and I find it easy to use. So far...my experience has been very positive.
