Pros
Getting started was surprisingly quick, we had everything up and running within a day! After choosing our employees CVs we can put together the CV section for the tenders we're working on in literally just two clicks. The search feature is very advanced so finding highly specific profiles is no problem. It also helps that we can add custom fields to the CV structure and use those directly in the CV templates.
Cons
If you're working with more complex CV templates you may need to pay for the customization service to get exactly the result you want although the price is quite reasonable.

Pros
Using this software was simple from the start and compared with other options that charge nearly two or three times more for similar functions, it really feels like a well rounded CV management solution!
Cons
One thing to note is that if someone keeps resumes in multiple languages they still count as a single CV. I would have preferred that to be handled per profile instead although at this price point it makes sense.
