“Gives the best return on investment
Pros
At Staff Smart we have worked with some of the bigger ATS platforms but CVVIZ has been much easier and refreshing to use. We are extremely happy with the ROI from this application. Plus the support team has also been really responsive to suggestions and enhancements that help us work more better.
Cons
The resume parser is not the best but I have noticed that it has definitely gotten much better over the past six months.

“Awesome software!
Pros
Setting it up and using it is really easy. We can create review workflows and integrate third parties like line managers with limited access rights. The best part is being able to automatically post jobs to tons of free job portals and create campaigns for paid portals. This gives us huge reach!
Cons
Well I really miss the ability to handle multi lingual environments. You can set up your career page in different languages but only one language at a time. We can even use multiple languages in your custom texts but it affects how the site looks and the standard texts (like field names, workflow instructions, etc.) are still in just one language.

“A great solution for managing job postings
Pros
It is a CMS for job listings. What I love is that we do not have to build a job board into our website. We just reference the link and manage everything through CVVIZ.
Cons
We love to have a bigger limit to list more job openings in the future.

Pros
Not only do I find it affordable but it has applicant ranking and a mail system where all incoming and outgoing emails are in one place.
Cons
Has some issues such as no mobile app, no pre-assessment tests and no option for a custom domain. I hope they offer all this soon.

It is a great system for tracking job postings, candidate resumes and applications. In short it is simply the best.
Cons
The email function which I rarely use would be a lot better if it could pull emails from our system.

Cons

Pros
It has great integration with both free and paid job portals. Plus it is modular and customizable, perfect for both our corporate and agency recruitment. And it is EU GDPR compliant, easy to manipulate and export data, offers deep searching of candidates and CVs, has AI-driven features and a highly customizable career page thats easy to deploy.
Cons
There is still some work to do on my perspective on adding new languages to the career page, improving the interface and AI, offering deeper customization, adding CNAME domain job application pages, integrating a LinkedIn plugin to pull profiles and data, adding a mail tracking plugin and integrating the LinkedIn messaging inbox. Also if you use an SMTP email server some functionalities are limited.

Pros
The system runs smoothly and it is very easy to use. We got our team on board quickly and we love the candidate scoring and internal discussions on each candidate. The resume matching feature is also awesome.
Cons
It would be great if it allows us to customize candidate status.

We love how we can control recruiting costs within our platform. We set it up, embed the code on our site and it looks great when we work with clients.
Cons
Well I love to see a white label option and custom domain. They do not offer this yet and that's why we handle marketing ourselves.

Pros
One of the best features is being able to post to multiple job boards from a central dashboard. It saves me a lot of time. Also there are discounted credits available for job boards which makes the platform pay for itself. The automation also helps cut down time wasted on irrelevant or unqualified candidates.
Cons
The mobile experience is not great right now especially when posting jobs. I hope this is improved in the future. Also it would be great to see more integrations with job boards for freelancers and remote workers.

CVVIZ is a revolutionary AI-powered hiring platform that helps us find candidates faster and more accurately than ever before. In less than 30 seconds it can scan 1 million resumes to find qualified employees for our company while we usually get about 500 per job.
Cons
Well it does not have any video tutorials on YouTube but luckily, I spent an hour teaching myself how to use the free trial version. If there had been tutorials it would have taken just minutes. Our process was chaotic before but now thanks to this technology, we are saving both time and money by automating recruitment.

Pros
The AI makes this solution a no brainer for us. My team is small and hiring temps or freelancers can be very time-consuming. The AI is keep getting better and the user experience is really intuitive. The feature set is pretty amazing too.
Cons
The job industry section does not have all industries in the drop down list. Also it is not a huge issue because other options help narrow it down but it would be nice if they updated it. Also we cannot attach images or files in the emails which is another downside.

Pros
Well I love being able to use videos for interviewing candidates and the fact that it pre qualifies candidates and provides that data before I make contact is quite helpful.
Cons

Pros
What I really like about this platform is how easy it is to use. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive and I can easily collaborate with stakeholders like managers, candidates and recruiters. Also I can post jobs to LinkedIn, social media, Google and other free job boards.
Cons
What I like least is that the platform lacks a mobile-friendly app, plus the option to use a custom company domain, integrations and webhooks and Automation along the pipelines.

Pros
It is easy to set up as everything is self-explanatory, has a nice interface very intuitive, uses artificial intelligence that works the best for us and posts to various platforms for more candidate exposure.
Cons
There are no white-label option available as I cannot host it on our domain, limited job postings like only five jobs for the starter plan and limited templates as the email templates are simple. So the option of more customization would be liked.

Hiring freelancers and employees can be complex and time consuming. The best thing is that CVVIZ is changing that by applying AI to the process which makes it more efficient, faster and more accurate. Overall it is amazing.
Cons
I did not find anything I dislike. I was looking for an AI-powered hiring tool to help me find qualified candidates. I wanted a tool that can scan resumes and cover letters and return the most qualified candidates. CVViz does just that. If you want to save time, money and energy in your hiring process this is the tool for you!
