Having automated payroll validation helps me scale easily as the team grows. The global reports, variance checks and centralized payroll data save a lot of manual effort.

Cons

Setting it up can be a bit overwhelming at first, there's a steep configuration curve and I really need to know what I am doing to handle changes smoothly.
