Pros
The mobile app is really helpful, very easy to use and makes schedule management more simple. I can check and adjust things from anywhere which is so convenient.
Cons
I wasn't too happy with how few features there are in the app. I was hoping for more stuff around training and maybe easier access to pay stubs too.

Pros
I've found it really helpful for managing our bookkeeping needs. It keeps things professional and efficient, especially with a lot of financial data to handle.
Cons
It works well when collaborated with Dayforce Scheduling and their time clock but honestly, I wouldn't really recommend that part of it, its not very ideal.

Pros
What I love is how simple it is to use, it takes care of almost all the payroll work for you. It's saved me a ton of time and reduced manual errors.
Cons
It took way too long to finally get access to my digital paystubs. That kind of thing should just come with the basic plan, not be something you wait on or pay extra for.

I find it very user friendly and I've had a smooth experience with the support feature, it actually works when you need it. It's great not having to ask for help when something goes wrong.
Cons

Pros
What I appreciate is how easy the system concepts are to grasp. Even for someone without a technical background, it doesn't take long to get comfortable.
Cons
Once I wrapped my head around how the whole system works, it was pretty easy to use. But yeah, had to figure it out first.

“Smooth software with smart reminders
Pros
The platform is paperless and gives me quick access to year end reports and payslips. I also appreciate the reminders when a new payslip becomes available, it keeps everything on track.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say here. The app's simple to use and I picked it up without much trouble.

“Handy payroll tool
Pros
Setting up payroll was surprisingly easy, even though I had zero prior experience. Their customer support was incredibly helpful and navigating the system after setup felt easy to use and without any issues.
Cons
The part that bugged me was not getting enough training during setup. I didn't even know some codes needed to be added during the initial setup. And then later, calling support to fix things ended up costing extra.

Pros
It may be a smaller system but it's incredibly powerful. For teams that want to handle payroll efficiently and without stress, this is a great solution that doesn't overcomplicate things.
Cons
I'd like to see more types of reports. Whats available works but if they gave more options, it would really help when I'm trying to balance everything.
