“Easy customization with excellent support

I can easily tweak and customize complex plans without much trouble. The customer support has been excellent too and the app itself is really easy to use and navigate.

Cons

Honestly, I've been pleased with the application and don't have any additional feedback to offer at the moment.

“Excel-like flexibility with deep knowledge

Pros

The interface feels a lot like Excel, so it is both flexible and familiar and I also find it very secure. That made switching from spreadsheets much easier which is helpful since changing systems can be a big challenge for compensation teams. Overall I have really enjoyed working with Decusoft. As they have deep knowledge of compensation and can understand unique situations, building custom solutions into the app to meet client needs. Their support is exceptional too. As the same team often stays involved after setup and they genuinely go out of their way to help during busy seasons.

Cons

I have nothing negative to report. The newest version of the user interface looks modern and everyone on my team likes it.
