Pros
I work for Cytora through Omnipresent and the experience has been really positive. I filled out all my details in their web app whenever it suited me and the FAQ answered every question clearly.
Cons
Since I am employed through an EOR it was not always clear what benefits I was entitled to because it only handles payroll and legal stuff. I later learned that extra perks come from the hiring company which can be a bit confusing at first.

“Quick responses with clear steps”
Pros
Overall the whole process felt incredibly user friendly as every step was clearly explained. When I had questions I contacted the team and George responded quickly and resolved them. So yes I would definitely recommend Omnipresent!
Cons
The whole system is very easy to use but the only thing I can point out is that the mobile version and the process for signing documents feel a bit buggy and could be simplified for a smoother experience.

Pros
Moving from my previous agency Omnipresent handled the transition in a very smooth and proper manner. Also their communication is always clear and they took care of all the paperwork and onboarding steps. From the start my onboarding was smooth and efficient. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Overall it was almost stress-free. Also the team responded fast to my questions so I always felt supported. What really stood out was how committed my contact was that even while on leave, they still replied and helped when I needed clarification. That shows how much they care about employee experience. Overall I felt well taken care of. Onboarding was fast thoughtful and well organized. I am genuinely excited to get started and grateful to be part of such a supportive team.
Cons
I have not come across any downsides. As everything with it has been gone well as the team stayed responsive and professional throughout onboarding which left me feeling reassured.

Pros
Omnipresent handles all employment tasks for our company. When I onboard as an employee, the process is fast and smooth, all thanks to regular contact with a very responsive support team. Moreover managing payroll, records and expenses is simple and hiring abroad is quick and hassle-free.
Cons
Although most things are handled digitally I think a few areas need polishing. For example the time-off user experience could be smoother and payslips shouldn't just arrive by email. So I'd prefer them viewable directly within the platform.

The service is automated and I can handle everything through a self-service portal. Their support team also responds pretty quickly when I need help.
Cons
I have had serious concerns about whether they're following local laws. For months they did not deposit my required pension contributions as I only found out when I checked myself. Several coworkers had the same issue and in some cases, it took months to fix. It also frustrates me that they ignore legal tax benefits and incentives. Someone handling our accounts should be actively looking for those savings not just taking the easiest route. Plus it often feels like they choose the simplest option instead of putting in the effort to find better, legal ways to save.

My experience with Omnipresent was very positive. They supported both me and the UK startup I wanted to work with while we looked for an Employer of Record.
