Pros
Dovetail can be tailored by me to fit my organization's employee service requirements and it gives me a single place to handle and complete processes.
Cons
From an end-user perspective, I honestly don't have many complaints. The one thing I'd really like to see is flex fields included in template responses so we don't have to enter the same information twice.
