“Solid HRIS option for businesses
Pros
It was super easy to set up, we were up and running in no time. I was really impressed by the customization options, you can tweak fields and create workflows exactly how you want them. Plus there are some great basic templates to help you get started. The way it visualizes the organizational structure works perfectly for us. Our account manager has been amazing and the overall service is top notch.
Cons
The interface isn't the easiest to use and takes some getting used to. You really need to memorize where everything is. The file organization under employee profiles feels outdated and could definitely be improved. The employee list view is kind of awkward and I think the current/former employee filters should be separated into different sections. Creating and exporting reports is frustrating and uncomfortable to deal with.

“Excellent dealership management tool
Pros
The team, especially Ben is always there when you need them and genuinely cares about helping out. He is great at jumping on new issues quickly and handling them thoughtfully. Whenever something unexpected comes up, they're on it right away, finding solutions fast. I really appreciate how they stay ahead of problems and address things before they get bigger.
Cons
Since the system is still pretty new, some features are missing or not quite there yet.

“Solid HRIS with Growth Potential
Pros
It's very flexible and easy to use. Setting it up didn't take long at all and I was able to meet my immediate needs straight away. My customer support rep is really responsive and always ready to help with whatever comes up.
Cons
It could use a few extra features but I've noticed they're actively working on updates. More integrations would definitely make it even better.

“Exactly what our growing startup needed
Pros
It has really made HR processes so much simpler by putting everything in one place. Ben from customer success always responds quickly to any questions I have. The interface is easy to use and we mainly use it for time off requests but our HR team uses it daily for onboarding and organizing employee data. The setup went smoothly with ben, he guided us through each step and the integrations with our ATS, Slack and calendar were super easy to set up.
Cons
Managers are getting impatient with the approval process because there's no mobile app yet.

Pros
The dashboards give me a great overview of all the important info I need to stay on top of things.
Cons
Sometimes I run into limits with what I can actually see and I'd really love more flexibility especially when managing performance across different teams, since each one has its own unique setup.

Pros
The interface is so interactive and easy to use. Everything feels accessible and I can customize settings to fit my workflow perfectly.
Cons
There are still some functions I wish were available but I knew going in it wasn't perfect. The benefits definitely outweigh what's missing though.

“Good absence tracking with ongoing improvements
Pros
Setting this up was easy and it's such a relief to finally ditch those messy spreadsheets we used for tracking time off. PLus, when I ran into a few issues during setup, their support team was awesome and they helped me sort everything out super quickly.
Cons
I haven't had anything to complain about so far, everything's been working great for me.

“I simply love it!
Pros
I've been using it lately and it's user friendly, no crazy learning curve at all. You can just jump right in and get things done from day one. The interface is beautiful with clean layouts, great color choices and smooth transitions. As an HR pro, I can honestly say this is the best HR platform I've ever used. It streamlines everything I do and makes my job so much easier. The customer support is also amazing especially Ben he has been very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. What I love most is how the team listens to feedback and is always looking to improve.
Cons
There's nothing negative I can point out. I know there's a lot more coming in the next updates, so I'm just waiting patiently for those.

It's honestly been a game changer. The employee data management is solid and the time tracking features work easily together. It really helps organise everything from onboarding new hires to handling departures and the whole process flows smoothly. The org chart updates automatically which is really helpful and the analytics give me insights I didn't even realize I needed. The interface is clean so my team picked it up fast. Plus, the pricing is perfect for a startup budget. But what really stands out is their support team, they're responsive and patient, always keeping us updated and making sure we're on track. They genuinely care about our success and are always working to improve based on feedback.
Cons
Right now there's no mobile app, just the web version which can be limiting when you're on the go.
