Pros

Aside from the obvious time and attendance management benefits, I've found this tool to be incredibly user friendly. If this is your first time using such software, chances are you'll get the hang of it quickly.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any bad experiences with this tool. They've been providing the best solution right now for medium sized companies.
