Pros
We were able to move our data from the old payroll system to EBS without any trouble. Their tech support has been excellent and always quick to respond. The features cover everything we need and it's easy to adjust when tax rules change. The system keeps a full history which is very helpful. It's also really easy to train new staff since it's simple to use and the user guides are a big help. I also like how it connects with Aatrix to update tax codes instantly.
Cons
At first, the report tool was hard to use because there was just so much data. But over time, it's gotten way better and now it's easier to make quick reports when we need them.

“Amazing solution”
Pros
Everything in EBS is web-based, which has saved our company a lot of money. Our payroll team is smaller now because applicants fill out their own info and forms online. That's great since it cuts down on errors. Payroll and HR tasks are much smoother now. I also like that we can customize the system to fit our needs, it's not just a one-size-fits-all program.
Cons
We'd like to tweak the program a bit more to better match how our company works.
