“great culture but weak intelligence tools”
Pros
The partnership approach is amazing, they really want to work together and make things better. Sure, the tech matters but there are lots of other options out there. What really stands out for me is the company culture, the awesome people and their vision for the future.
Cons
As the platform grows, it feels like innovation and adaptability are slowing down, something I've seen happen with other tech companies. While it's understandable, this might make me question our long-term commitment here. Another issue is that some key areas are lacking in functionality. They market this as an "intelligence platform," but the intelligence capabilities aren't all that impressive. The tools for analyzing data and user behavior are weak. It's kind of ironic calling something an "intelligence platform" when it doesn't offer much actionable insight for people like us.

“Helpful tools but pricey ai copilot”
Pros
I really appreciate the search and calibration tools. They take the friction out of my daily work and just make everything feel simpler. It's a huge help.
Cons
I'm frustrated that the AI copilot costs extra, especially since we bought this platform specifically for its AI features.

“Smart ai recommendations for recruiters”
Pros
The AI-powered candidate recommendations are a game-changer for me as a recruiter. I love how it suggests relevant jobs to candidates through the career portal. What's smart is how it not only recommends candidates to hiring managers but also suggests keyword updates to match job descriptions better. The ADFS sync is really flexible too. I can integrate it with practically any source application using APIs or flat file injections. As an admin, having both XML and flat file options makes managing data a lot easier.
Cons
The sync mechanism for candidate application prescreening questions and responses between EF and ADFS is missing which creates gaps. Merging duplicate candidates is very awkward and not easy at all. And if you need to move a candidate back to an earlier phase or state, the process is really rigid and doesn't give much flexibility.

“changing the way we manage talent with AI”
Pros
I love having everything in one place. It handles employees, candidates and alumni so smoothly. Plus, the AI integration makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
ATS functionality feels basic compared to what you'd expect from a comprehensive platform. I've also noticed that the career hub section could use a lot of work to make it more user-friendly. The course and skill marketplace is there but navigating it is frustrating because the interface isn't as simple as it should be.

“Excellent AI, though it could improve”
Pros
I can narrow down candidate searches using a bunch of criteria like career progression, response likelihood and company-specific metrics. This helps me find not just qualified people but those who are truly interested in our company. The customer support is also amazing and they've always been super responsive whenever I need help.
Cons
The interface definitely needs improvement. When I'm going through prospects, I wish more details were accessible without having to click around too much.

“good talent intelligence tool”
Pros
The smart interview scheduling feature is such a time-saver. It takes care of everything, one-on-one meetings, panel interviews, in-person or remote calls and even different time zones. It's a lifesaver.
Cons
We really need room booking functionality, it would be helpful for our team's scheduling needs.

“All-in-one AI-driven talent platform”
Pros
This tool makes interview scheduling and candidate screening so much easier. It saves me a ton of time and the interface is simple to use. It's been really effective for streamlining our hiring process.
Cons
The only downside is that there's no room finder feature and I can't find a direct link to join meetings from the interview rooms.

“reliable but still room to expand”
Pros
Honestly, this has cut my organizing time in half. It pulls everything together and makes tracking even the smallest details incredibly simple. It's been a game-changer for my workflow.
Cons
I don't get any notification alerts when the Panel submits feedback and that's really frustrating.

“my experience with Eightfold”
Pros
The interface is so user friendly and the scheduling feature is honestly one of the best I've used. Setting up calls and interviews with candidates is also very smooth, everything is in one place where I can message people and coordinate meetings. If plans change, rescheduling or canceling is just as easy. Plus, it syncs with Outlook calendars so I can see everyone's availability. I really like how it tracks all my candidate interactions and updates, so I can easily review progress and catch up when needed.
Cons
The syncing between this platform and our ATS can be slow sometimes, so there's usually a delay before new applicants show up. I end up waiting around for everything to update.

“Hassle-free scheduling!”
Pros
I appreciate how easily it connects to my Outlook calendar and automatically fills in screening call details as soon as the invite goes out. It's very convenient.
Cons
Performance can be sluggish now and then, though I'm not sure if it's an issue on our end or theirs.
