Every now and then you can come across a standout candidate here which can make the software worthwhile. On top of that the interface is clean and simple to use.

This really can't be your primary job board because there just aren't enough candidates in the database.

Pros
Using this database for people looking for employment has been pretty simple. A few of the features really impressed me and matched exactly what I was expecting.
Cons
At the same time some other features don't seem to function properly and the quality of candidates can be inconsistent. Other than that I don't have much else to point out.
