I love how easy it is to load and view data here. I can issue documents, update HR records and send electronic signatures quickly. Generating custom reports is smooth and the customer support has been excellent.

I had some trouble at first when setting up managers profiles and departments, it felt a bit complex initially but made sense once I got the hang of it.

I've found the customer support to be patient and clear. Even though I've been using the basic version for years, I recently realized how much more potential the system actually has.

At first, I found it a bit hard to figure out exactly where to register certain information but after the training session, everything became clearer and smoother.

What I enjoy most is the simplicity, it prompts me for all the right information for new employees, keeps everything centralized and even lets employees access their contracts and appraisals easily.

Generating reports can be a little frustrating since not all data exports, like holiday records and I wish I had access to previous years data. Uploading employee documents also feels longer and more tough than it should be.

After my last feedback, the team acted fast and made meaningful improvements. I love that outdated documents no longer clutter the system and the new "sort by date" works perfectly. It feels great to know my input was valued and I won't hesitate to reach out again.

Thankfully, all the glitches that were reported seem to have been resolved now and I appreciate how responsive the team has been.

Okay so... I've learned that you really get out what you put in but here the interface and clear instructions make it such a human experience despite being online. It feels like a product made with real people in mind.

Some fields felt a bit restrictive for our company's specific needs but after requesting a few adjustments, everything was tailored nicely. I do wish holiday request approvals went to employees work emails instead of personal ones.

The only limitation I've noticed is that the Personnel Dashboard App works on iPhones but not yet on Android. I've been told that's something they're planning for the future which is good to hear.
