“Excellent Support and Easy Interface

Pros

I really love how easy it is to use everything. The academy section has been helpful for learning the ropes. There are so many survey options to choose from, giving me a lot of flexibility. The self-reporting feature is also a nice touch that saves me time.

Cons

I'm concerned about how rigid the system feels. When I think about adding more questions, I worry it might hurt engagement reliability. Not sure if there's enough flexibility built in or if we're stuck with what we have.

It's hard to track down older information and I haven't been able to figure out how to export data into Excel format yet.

“Great Professional and Personal Experience

Pros

It's feels really flexible, so everything is easy to use. Communication flows smoothly at every level and the support team has been awesome, big shoutout to Johanna and Raphaelle! So far, it's checking all the boxes for us, psychologist validated surveys that keep responses anonymous, an effective alert system and easy data export. We're really happy with how it's working out.

Cons

Right now, I honestly can't think of any downsides!

What I like most is how it bridges the gap between management and staff, helping both sides find that sweet spot where everyone's happy. The interface is simple, making it easy to find communication features and reach out to colleagues. Implementation was easy too and no complicated software installation, everything just runs smoothly through the browser.

Cons

I can't really find anything to complain about since it does exactly what I need for tracking how satisfied our team is with the workplace.

Setting up surveys for our company has been really easy and I love that employees can respond from any device without needing to download anything. The customization options make it easy to tailor the questions to what we specifically need which helps us get more accurate feedback.

Cons

The pre-built template questions don't really match what our company needs and there's quite a bit of repetition that makes surveys drag on longer than they should.

Pros

The interface is clean and it's modern and makes finding the tools I need to communicate with colleagues easily. It's been awesome for improving communication across departments and with supervisors. Setting it up was easy too, no software installation needed and since it's web-based, I can access it from anywhere.

Cons

Once you submit a survey response, there's no way to go back and make changes. Your only choice is sending another response but that creates duplicate entries which is really annoying.

Cons

The report analytics can be confusing to read sometimes. Would be great if we could customize reports with just the data fields we actually need.
