Pros
Elevatus's AI has made a noticeable difference in how quickly I can find candidates who actually fit the role. It's a huge time saver compared to manual screening and keeps hiring cycles moving faster.
Cons
Even though it's easy to use on the surface, getting the hang of the deeper stuff like analytics or customizing assessments takes more training than you'd expect.

Pros
I think the user interface is functional but not the most easy to use if you're new. It takes some time to get used to, especially when navigating more advanced features.
Cons
It hasn't been the easiest trying to connect it with other tools we use, especially for HR or payroll. It's just not built to work well with everything out there and that slows things down a bit.

Pros
I appreciate how Elevatus makes hiring easier, from posting jobs to shortlisting candidates. I've found the AI based screening incredibly helpful and while the interface could improve, it still gets the job done well.
Cons
The pricing feels more toward bigger companies with high volume hiring. As a smaller business, it kinda feels like too much and we don't even need all the fancy stuff it comes with.

Pros
My overall experience with this software has been positive. It's been great for simplifying our hiring process, especially with the AI doing most of the heavy lifting in screening and ranking applicants.
Cons
I've noticed it doesn't really connect easily with a lot of other HR tools. Either there aren't many options or setting it up gets a little complicated.

The support team is responsive and effective whenever I run into an issue. They always respond to every query and their guidance has made adoption much smoother.
Cons
While it's not hard to use, I do think the layout could be a bit easier to follow, especially for people who aren't used to platforms like this.
