“Powerful but data transfer struggles”
Pros
The system has massive storage capacity for all our data archiving needs. Once you figure out which pages to navigate and learn the parameter coding quirks, running basic CSV exports becomes pretty simple.
Cons
The interface feels overwhelming with way too much empty space scattered throughout. Most of our data isn't automated so I'm constantly doing manual entry and when that gets skipped, the information just isn't there for end users like me. While reporting looks easy upfront you need a full time person to handle it so I can't make quick report changes myself. Everything has to go through a support ticket. The system is pretty buggy too. Every Chrome user I know (which is basically everyone) hits the same login issue where it throws an error telling you to log in again but that doesnt work. You have to hit "return to previous page" and try logging in multiple times. Sometimes you'll get a random 500 Error with zero explanation and then your stuck clearing cookies and not just any cookies but specific ones under at least three different names. Either this thing is seriously buggy or our IT team messed up the onboarding, though I doubt the latter since they're really good at what they do.

“Useful but can be challenging”
Pros
The interface is pretty accessible after you get the hang of it and it covers a wide range of functions we need. Our team mainly relies on it for time tracking and it's been a huge improvement over the old paper-based system we used to deal with.
Cons
Navigation can be frustrating and the interface feels finicky at times. Really wish there was a notification system for timesheet updates when they're submitted, rejected or approved. Would make tracking so much easier. Budget viewing is simple enough but figuring out what each line item actually represents is a headache. Way too many entries for single items which makes it confusing to track our actual bottom line.
