“Solid Choice for Daily Operations
Pros
The automation and customization features are great! Apart from payroll which I think they're working on, having everything integrated where all components communicate smoothly is incredibly helpful. Being able to store all our records in one centralized system instead of scattered across multiple platforms has been a game changer. The customer success team is absolutely amazing! We've worked closely with Jo and I can honestly say we wouldn't be nearly as organized as we are today without her support!
Cons
The course builder feels really outdated and isn't flexible at all when you compare it to what competitors offer for creating modules. Also you can't pro rate CPD plans without having to create a completely separate plan which is pretty annoying.

“very easy to use!
Pros
I find this system incredibly user friendly and it handles everything we needed from an HRIS/Payroll solution. Our entire team picked it up quickly without extensive training. Onboarding went smoothly and the integration with Xero works smoothly for our accounting needs. It's completely eliminated our paper timesheets, leave requests and Outlook calendar management and now most of our staff use it daily. The customer support has been quite reliable too!
Cons
Reporting options on the payroll side feel pretty restrictive and I wish there was more flexibility to customize them to our needs. Though to be fair this is a licensed product rather than something they built themselves so I understand the limitations.
