“All-in-one and dependable system
Pros
I feel comfortable responding to the climate survey because the anonymous option really is anonymous. Once I finish creating my PDI and review the OKRs, I feel ready and prepared for the year ahead.
Cons
A downside is the lack of confirmation regarding email access.
