From the moment I installed it, my life changed. The cutting edge AI driven interface and simple cloud integration make it feel like I'm operating in a future we don't even need yet. It's that advanced.

Training is incredibly supportive and the backup during go live is great. It's reassuring to know I can rely on someone for assistance. The system is easy for me as both a manager and for employees to use and the response has been fantastic. I find that managers are eager to use it.

For someone in charge of the highest security, there's a bit to learn but once I figured it out, everything made sense and worked logically. Like with all systems, there's a learning curve and I think the Knowledgebase could be easier to navigate when looking things up.

I love how the modular format incorporates both HR and Health and Safety in one easy to use platform. It makes everything so much simpler for me.

Some of the reporting functions I was used to will need to be recreated in this tool, so it's something I'll need to work on.

Ability to share company documents is amazing! I can record subcontractors within the system, set up multiple companies and track team info. The customizability of workflows is incredible and I can tailor the system to the way we work, like setting up additional alerts with our IT/development team.

Having the mobile app integrated would be great. There were also some minor integration costs that weren't mentioned in the contract. I also wish I could merge electronic signatures onto signed/accepted documents.

This platform is a user friendly system that serves as an effective one stop shop for all my HR needs, so I don't need to juggle multiple systems or platforms. The support team is quick, friendly and always available to help.

I'd highly recommend it! This tool has really improved our employee lifecycle programs. The workflow automation and user friendly interface make everything more efficient and I find it easy to navigate.

The integration with KeyPay needs some development. Once it's fully automated, it will create a simple connection between HR processes and payroll functions. I'm looking forward to that.

I mainly use employee management, onboarding, offboarding and movements. The templates in the system are simple to use and applying changes is easy with the drop-down menus. Onboarding is great, with digital signatures and progress tracking. It's empowering for me as an employee to manage my own information and apply for leave securely. I'm planning to add more features soon.

Cons

Some of the system management functionality can be hard to find and there's limited access to update business processes that we can change ourselves. This platform only integrates with KeyPay overnight and I'd prefer it to happen more frequently or instantly. However, I can manually force the integration which helps.

Onboarding has been much smoother for me since we signed up for this tool. It's simplified the whole process.

I feel like the reporting function could be improved. The layout of reports and the overall reporting experience could use some enhancements.

The customer success managers have been exceptional, providing technical support and service throughout the implementation process. Despite juggling multiple clients, my CS manager always goes above and beyond to deliver what I need. The system itself is user friendly and easy for me to implement and train employees on. I also appreciate the ability to customize it according to my specific needs. Overall, it offers great value for me.

There are some limitations in the integration with Xero, particularly when processing leave requests and balances. The effectiveness of submitting tickets to address these issues has been limited and I'm unsure if it's an integration problem or a platform limitation. While the customization capability is a positive, it's important to keep in mind the additional costs that can come with extensive customization.

Onboarding, recruitment, performance review, HR core module and reporting functions, along with dashboards, are all fantastic for me. As an administrator and busy HR manager with 80+ people across the country, I wouldn't be able to manage my time and efficiency in HR without this tool.

Learning and development module could be improved to cater for training through videos, though you can integrate systems like Go1 or Moodle with this platform which is definitely a plus. For now, you can only provide links to third party providers for employees to complete training.

This platform has everything I was looking for in an HRIS system and more! One of the best parts of partnering with this software is the time and support I've received from their team throughout the whole process. From the initial engagement to implementation, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful at every stage. They tailored the platform to meet my specific business needs in all the core modules.

The only thing I can think of is the small number of limitations with how it integrates with Xero but it's manageable.

This program lets me replace a few of my other tools which will now become obsolete thanks to this software. It keeps all my HR files and resources in one easy to use program and I can access it easily on the road or while on the go. It has saved us countless hours of employee time by automating some processes and simplifying things overall.

Sometimes, it can feel like there are too many subscription options available and it can be a bit of a chore deciding which one is right for my business. I started with the free trial and have been slowly upgrading. You might be better off jumping in and getting the highest plan from the start.

This software seemed a bit complicated for the average user. It's not plug and play ready, as there are quite a few things that need to be set up before it's fully functional.

I love the features of this platform. HR tasks are done so easily using this system. Generating reports takes just one click. I was really impressed by the amazing dashboard and when I explored it more, I completely fell in love with it.

I haven't found any drawbacks with this software but CIRRUS only has one day free trial. It would be great if they offered a 5-7 day free trial for their PRO features so I could explore them before committing.
