“convenient to use”
Pros
I can access this from anywhere at any time which is really convenient. The SaaS subscription model works well for most situations.
Cons
Interface feels pretty outdated and could really use a design refresh. I was hoping for something more modern and visually appealing but it just doesnt deliver on that front. The usability could be much smoother too.

“Flexible HR solution”
Pros
Performance management feature is incredibly simple and gets the job done well. Setting up custom KPIs and adding KRAs is a breeze. Their support team responds quickly and is always helpful when I need assistance.
Cons
The onboarding templates could definately use some work but honestly thats my only real complaint about this tool.
