Pros
It has helped us organise our recruitment workflow and has led to noticeable savings in both time and costs. The platform feels very accessible so users can get started with almost no difficulty. Getting it up and running was quick, customer support has been excellent and I especially appreciate that they keep adding smart new features. Overall this has been very well received by our users.

“Easy setup
Pros
Getting started with the software is very simple. It's accessible enough that no guide is really needed and the layout is very much a 'what you see is what you get' experience without unnecessary modules getting in the way. Another big plus is the unlimited users.
Cons
The only part that doesn't feel very flexible is building reports. It would also be nice if standard Google Analytics integration were included directly in this.

“responsive team
Pros
Starting off with the system is easy which makes rolling it out across the organization quite manageable. After line managers have used it once or twice they usually need very little help from HR. Being able to manage data in line with data protection legislation is also a major advantage. Another thing we appreciate is that they genuinely pay attention to customer feedback. A lot of IT vendors say users can influence future development but the team for this software actually seems to take that input seriously.
