“great employee benefits
Pros
The reward system is the best feature for me, along with the variety of gift cards it offers employees. Customer support has also been excellent.
Cons
If I don't redeem the reward points on time, the system spams me with emails to remind me to redeem them which can get a bit annoying.

“love the peer recognition
Pros
The peer to peer recognition feature is incredibly useful for me. It allows us to give weekly recognition to our colleagues. The employee rewards program is another great feature that I love.
Cons
All the features are perfect and I don't think any improvements are needed at the moment.

“great for remote teams
Pros
With our teams spread across different locations, it eliminates the hassle of deciding what to give as gifts, as they can choose on their own. The automated email triggers for recurring events like work anniversaries and birthdays are the best. It's also great that we can allocate specific budgets to certain events. I'm really happy with the engagement ideas available in the help section and I love how we can create and give badges, small daily motivations that are easy to give.
Cons
I think this tool is a great platform, especially for a remote company like ours. However, one thing I don't like much is the wait time for gift vouchers when ordering from another country. For example, when I ordered Nike gift vouchers for our CEO in Sweden, it took a good 8 days for the voucher codes to arrive. I believe this is an area that could be improved.

“quick setup and simple data recovery options
Pros
It's super easy to set up and it took me hardly a day to get everything running. The wide range of recovery options makes it so convenient for me.
Cons
We need more customizable options, like org level certificate templates. We also weren't able to integrate Namely with it, so we were manually managing users.

Pros
I can share feedback and appreciation with colleagues, send e-cards, communicate in groups and even wish them on special days. It makes everything so much simpler.
Cons
Manual updates are required when colleagues are moved out of the team and this really needs to be fixed. Also, I'd appreciate more ecards and templates to choose from.

It's very easy to navigate for me. All the information is categorized and cleanly displayed. It feels a lot like a social media platform within colleagues and I'm really happy with how it works.
Cons
