fantastic Support Experience

Pros

Working closely with Christian on our employee engagement project has been a game-changer. It helped us create a better environment where our team feels truly appreciated. Everyone is more motivated and they know how important they are in helping us stay competitive.

Cons

It's quite difficult to use at first and I wish we had more notice about upcoming survey periods so employees could respond on time.

great support, though the tool is costly

Pros

Their customer service is amazing! The team is always quick to respond and our rep is just a phone call away. It's not just about solving problems either and they really listen. The website is easy to use and I love that the chat connects me directly to a real person instead of an automated bot. Plus, we can submit our results through the platform to qualify for the Star Tribune award every year.

Cons

The first rep we worked with was hard to reach and not very helpful. I had to ask twice before they made changes to our survey setup. It was frustrating that demographic data is collected but we can't access it without paying for the overpriced premium package.

useful for benchmarking against local rivals

Pros

The annual engagement survey is great for getting anonymous feedback from our team and it's been such a valuable tool for improving our workplace culture. We've made real changes based on what we've learned and it's paid off, we've been recognized as one of the top workplaces in Philadelphia for three years in a row. And their customer support is always ready to help.

Cons

The pulse survey feature is very limited. I really need to be able to customize how the rankings are worded, add yes/no questions when needed and rearrange the question order to make it flow better. Skip logic would also be a huge help, letting people jump to different questions based on their answers. Recent updates made things worse, so I had to switch to Google Forms instead because it just doesn't work anymore.

great service & smooth experience

Pros

I always get quick answers when I need help and the dashboard makes it easy to understand all the metrics. The customer service is top-notch too.

Cons

I honestly haven't had any major issues. Everything has been working smoothly for me and I haven't run into any real problems.

excellent Tool with Outstanding Support

Pros

I love how transparent the survey feature is across different areas and their service team is always quick to respond.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. I just wish I had more time to dive into the survey results and explore all the tools and resources they offer.

outstanding software for business intelligence

Pros

Setting up the survey was so easy and smooth. It gave me really valuable insights into how engaged our team is. The support for tackling problem areas was fantastic too. I also loved how Energage creates presentations and one-sheets to share results with leadership and the whole company. The anonymous nature of the survey made everyone feel comfortable being honest. The year-over-year tracking and B2B benchmarking were great additions!

Cons

I wish there was more flexibility when designing questions but I get why some limitations exist.

Best for big companies

Pros

Reporting features are amazing and give us clear, easy-to-understand results. We've gotten so much insight into our management performance that we never had before.

Cons

Small departments with fewer than five people can't access survey results, which is a pretty big limitation for smaller teams.

Easy Survey Creation Tool

Pros

The interface is very interactive! We use this tool for our employee surveys when applying for Top Workplaces recognition and every step is easy to follow. Building our company profile page has been helpful too, with some really useful features.

Cons

We haven't activated all the features yet so there are some dashboards and tools I can't access right now.

efficient but tricky to use

Pros

I really like the communication tools and the scheduled reminders keep me organized. Tech support has always been quick to respond whenever I need help.

Cons

Some tools weren't easy to update on our own, we had to contact tech support for updates and questions. A few system messages seemed kind of blunt, though I'm not sure if that was intentional. The notification scheduling was set up in a weird way and needed a technician to reset it which wasn't very smooth. At least the tech team responded quickly, so that helped.
