“Simple and User-Friendly for Staff

Pros

I really like how simple the programs are and everyone on our team can access it without any trouble. All the important stuff like recent paystubs and benefits info is right there when you log in so you dont have to go hunting around for anything.

Cons

Sometimes getting a response from their support team takes longer than I'd like when I have questions. That said, they really know their stuff and will definitely help you sort out any problems once they get back to you.
