“Simple and efficient

Pros

What stands out the most for me is how userfriendly and effective this platform is. I can easily get everything done because it's simple and doesn't waste my time. I can access all the tools I need in one place and the platform feels solid and built to make my tasks faster and easier.

Cons

If I had to mention something it would be that some areas could still use a little more depth or options. Equip is great and its future looks even brighter.

We found it to be noticeably more cost-effective compared to alternatives like HackerRank and HackerEarth and that's something I genuinely appreciate as it delivers strong value without stretching the budget. Getting solid functionality at a more accessible price point makes it a sustainable choice for our team.

“simplifies my workflow

Pros

Really helps me organize daily tasks by bringing everything I need into one place. The layout is simple and things like requests, approvals and tracking are easy to handle. It cuts down on the need to follow up on tasks and makes my work go much smoother.

Cons

Some features don't feel as flexible as I'd like especially when I need to customize workflows. Performance can also be a little slow at times and some advanced options can be hard to find without a little guidance.

“Easy to use portal

The portal is easy to use and the search and filter options make it easy to locate what I need and everything is organized just right.

Cons

Very rarely the portal takes too long to load or responds slowly. Can be annoying when I am in a rush.

Actually the thing I like the most about it is that there's no minimum purchase required and credits don't expire. It's also pretty affordable which makes it great for smaller startups like mine.

We can get support only through chat which can be a slow process.

We used to spend hours creating and grading tests with no real way to monitor the process. With Equip we're confident we've found the best candidates and can handle everything faster and more easily.

Some of the sample questions didn't load properly which made it hard to know exactly what I should expect.

i've been looking for a pre-interview tool that works perfectly and this has been the one for me. it's ideal for small businesses and their support team is brilliant. they answer all my questions.

Cons

no major complaints but I'd love to have more control over updating the questions. a bigger question bank would also be nice.

“integrates well with ATS

Pros

Being able to assess candidates' performance more accurately has been so helpful. Creating tests and sending invites is simple and I love how easily it integrates with our ATS. It even lets me set up multiple test environments at once.

I'm really happy with it. There's almost nothing I don't like about it right now.
