“Great HR tool for holidays and expense tracking

Pros

I've been using this for 6 years to handle vacation time and expense tracking. The mobile app is amazing and I can snap photos of receipts and send them straight to accounting without any difficulty. Managing my time off through the platform is also really convenient.

Cons

The holiday dashboard is confusing and doesn't clearly show how many days you have left, used, or planned for next year. It really needs better clarity. Also, there's no alerts for RTT days that are about to expire, we only have 3 months to use them so this would be really helpful.

Pros

The interface makes it really easy to handle staff leave requests, even new team members pick it up quickly.

Cons

Time tracking feature feels pretty basic and could use some work. Also the Projects and Tasks dropdowns dont connect to each other, would be much better if selecting a project only showed relevant tasks instead of everything.

“Amazing user experience for employees

Pros

I really appreciate how easy to use it is and the complete oversight it gives me over HR processes is excellent. Having everything visible and manageable in one place makes my job so much easier.

Cons

The travel expense creation process really needs automation. It would save so much time instead of having to do everything manually.
