“efficient HR management tool

Pros

It was super easy to learn, use and customize to my needs. Now, all of our HR processes which used to be scattered across multiple Excel sheets and emails, are handled by Exact. The change has been huge for my team. Communication has gotten so much better thanks to the "social network" feature and I can approve tasks from any device which is so much more efficient.

Cons

I can't find any downsides to this product. It's easy for me to use, complete and self manageable. We implemented it in under two months which was quick.
