“Transformed our hiring with occasional slowdowns

Pros

It has completely changed the way we approach technical recruitment and HRM by speeding up workflows keeping things far more organized and making day-to-day tasks much easier to handle. What really stands out to me is how uncomplicated it is to use. The interface is uncluttered and jumping between job postings, candidate pipelines, AI and live interviews and vendor coordination is simple. Getting started was easy , the onboarding required very little configuration and we were operational in no time. I also want to highlight the customer support team, they are quick to respond, really listen to what we need and frequently go above and beyond to make sure everything works smoothly. Connecting Excelhire to our existing tools and processes like email, calendar and HR systems, was easy so data moves across systems without hiccups. By automating repetitive chores such as parsing resumes, updating communications and monitoring compliance, it saves us several hours every week. The analytics dashboard gives immediate visibility into hiring metrics, enabling us to make smarter, data-backed decisions. Collaboration across our internal teams and external vendors has become noticeably more effective as well.

Cons

I do run into occasional slowdowns when loading very large volumes of data and I would love more flexibility with customizable report templates. Even with those small issues my overall experience has been solid and dependable.

“Takes care of nearly everything

Pros

well it really takes care of nearly everything for me, it automatically reaches out to applicants, posts job openings and even runs AI-driven video interviews to evaluate candidates in a personalized way and scan resumes. The way it breaks down AI-assessed skills is impressively detailed. Routine tasks like posting vacancies, contacting prospects and screening applicants are tedious but it automates all of them. As a result our team can hire faster and more efficiently without losing the human element.

Cons

no real drawbacks. nothing substantial at all and no genuine complaints.
