Pros

I find this system very easy to use for both administrators and employees receiving payments. The security features are also impressive, as each paycheck includes sensitive personal information, which is well-protected.

Cons

At the moment, the only feature that seems less than ideal is the process employees must follow to download their pay stubs. While the security measures are in place to protect their information, they can be a bit cumbersome and annoying.
