“Exponent HR, Ease of use, very intuitive

The system is user-friendly which makes it easy for us to access everything at once, including leave, W2 and check stubs.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. Sometimes it loads a bit slowly, but performance is good once its loaded.

There is very little about Exponenthr that I don't like, except for wishing it maintained login sessions for a longer duration.

Some links and tabs are confusing to navigate, with unclear differences between categories. Cosmetic changes are needed to improve user-friendliness.
