We find it incredibly easy to use and a massive time saver during hiring. I like how we can review applicant data for a quick overview and access application answers right away. The grading system is a great touch and Expr3ss makes collecting feedback easy and consistent.

Cons

Setting up new jobs or copying stuff can be a little confusing at first but it gets better once you've done it a few times. The screen can also feel a bit cluttered here and there.

Navigating this platform is a simple process, everything from clickable dashboards to smart automation makes recruitment smoother. The AI features really shine, especially when it auto generates screening questions from a role description. It's saved me hours and improved the quality of our shortlists.

I think it'd be super helpful if I could search for keywords inside a specific job post and its candidate resumes. That'd make sorting through employees way quicker.

What I really value is that it pulls together all candidates, no matter where they applied, into a single system. From there, we can screen efficiently and gain insights that help us move fast. The support team is also collaborative and solution oriented which makes them feel like true partners.

Beyond that, this platform goes way beyond basic functionality with marketing features like brand promotion tips and customizable templates that make a real difference. Everything feels simple to navigate and getting started was surprisingly easy. No need for outside vendors or complicated setup. I just reached out through their website and they handled everything from there.

The integration capabilities could definitely use some improvement. As an enterprise, we really need to connect with other software platforms but there are quite a few that aren't supported yet. This is probably the biggest area where they need to focus their development efforts.
