Pros
It is a great system that significantly simplifies HR management and all related processes.
Cons
Sometimes there are errors but it's easy to get support from the help center. Plus I still need to learn the system more thoroughly to fully take advantage of all its features.

Pros
FACTUS RH is easy to use, even for those with limited experience in HR systems. Also it saves us time on repetitive tasks and we can access it from anywhere.
Cons
Some advanced features are not as simple to use at first and require training. Also some useful functions might need additional paid modules.

Occasionally we have come across issues where data is not transferred correctly from one company to another when we have done employee substitutions.

Overall I find the tool flexible and adaptable. Also it allows for custom reporting.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it is not possible to create reports at the user level.
