“adaptable team with flexible support”

Pros

Working with their team was a positive experience! They were adaptable, flexible and genuinely willing to listen to my concerns and turn them into action. It was rare to hear them say no. They also managed to bring our Rewards & Recognition program into the platform which ended up being much more efficient than the manual process we were using before. On top of that they were able to accommodate our more complex requirements within the system.

Cons

The usability could be a little confusing and inconvenient especially for someone not familiar with the system. I also feel the UI/UX still has room for improvement particularly from a visual standpoint.

“Positive experience”

Pros

Using this system for 360 degree performance management at Aye Finance has been a really positive experience. The platform is simple to use while still covering all the important aspects we need. Their product was customized to match our requirements and we've been extremely satisfied with both the solution and the service. The turnaround time is quick, the pricing is very competitive and their customer first approach clearly shows in the way they work. We're glad we chose to partner with them and would strongly recommend them to any company planning to implement feedback and goal management services :)

Cons

There really aren't any major drawbacks to mention. Whenever a specific requirement comes up their team is usually able to customize the product to suit their clients.
