High-quality candidates

Pros

Candidate quality is high and I find the platform very easy to use, with consistently strong customer service.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a feasible method to import resumes into the system because I'd like to add candidate CVs directly rather than entering details manually.

convenient navigation

Pros

Navigation is simple and I find minimal training is needed for me or my team, the support team responds quickly and personally.

Cons

Nothing immediately comes to mind. I'm genuinely very impressed with the product overall and I fully intend to keep using it moving forward.

Add candidates directly to projects

Pros

Adding candidates straight into projects is simple and I find the LinkedIn extension especially handy for sourcing on the fly.

Cons

That said the LinkedIn extension only works on the regular LinkedIn site and doesn't integrate with LinkedIn Recruiter which makes my sourcing workflow awkward because I have to switch between pages and repeat steps while I'm trying to add people.

Data-driven discovery with support

Pros

Recruiting becomes much easier and I find the combination of data-driven discovery and live support helps attract well-matched candidates.

Cons

In my experience and like with any effective outbound recruiting approach, it performs best when the hiring manager actively contributes, providing keyword direction and prompt feedback on candidate profiles. That means it's not a totally automatic, set-it-and-forget-it solution but frankly no successful outbound recruiting effort really is so that expectation seems reasonable to me.

Expand talent pool easily

Pros

Finding candidates I might have missed on my own is simple and I find it expands the talent pool effectively.

Cons

I'm not seeing a strong reply rate and I'd really prefer if the outreach emails didn't feel so robotic or auto-generated.

Automated follow-up saves time

Pros

Strong candidates are easy to spot and I find the automated follow-up workflows save a lot of time.

Cons

My only issue is that the Excel export could be a bit cleaner, I'd like neater formatting when I export data to spreadsheets.

clean interface with fast analytics

Pros

The interface is clean and simple and I find browsing leads, adjusting emails and checking analytics both fast and informative.

Cons

I get annoyed when, after I've walked the team through the search criteria in detail, they still pull up candidates whose profiles don't list some of the key requirements. Also, having the option to build longer, more layered email campaigns would really help since approaching business development requires a different, extended cadence than the short sequences we typically use for sourcing candidates.

Pre-qualified profiles emailed easily

Pros

Pre-qualified profiles are delivered in batches and I find emailing candidates directly from the platform very convenient.

Cons

For me the biggest annoyance is that it doesn't sync with the ATS I use so I end up manually importing candidates into my ATS which takes a lot of time. I also have trouble finding email threads within the app at times and search can return inaccurate profile results forcing me to check several different places to find what I'm looking for.

Find candidates strategically

Pros

High-quality candidates can be found quickly and strategically and I find the platform useful for both immediate and future hiring planning, helping build a diverse talent pipeline well in advance.

Cons

The only real drawback I've noticed with the platform is the upfront time required to brief my team on the search parameters and how to use it properly. That onboarding does take effort but honestly the time I invest up front pays off many times over.

outstanding support

Pros

We've relied on this tool to hire throughout our entire organization and I can honestly say there's not a single role they couldn't manage. They even helped us source a bilingual VP who operates across two time zones which felt like finding a unicorn. The platform itself is very feasible to navigate and the support team is truly outstanding. Candidate communications come across as personal rather than automated and I absolutely can't recommend this solution enough.

Cons

I've learned that this product needs to be calibrated to work properly which means putting time and effort into reviewing and fine-tuning candidate matches. If you actively invest energy into checking and adjusting the results, the tool becomes effective and delivers strong outcomes but it won't reach its potential without that hands-on commitment.

Greenhouse integration saves time

Pros

I've found the Greenhouse integration to be completely convenient. The automated candidate emails have saved my team a huge amount of time and noticeably improved our response rates.

Cons

Honestly we're completely satisfied with it and haven't found any issues so far.
