Fast, helpful support

Pros

Support responds quickly whenever I have a question or run into something unexpected.. no long wait times or automated loops. On top of that the regular customer-success check-ins really help keep everything running smoothly. They reach out proactively, offer helpful tips and make sure we're getting the most out of the platform. It's reassuring knowing they're genuinely invested in our success.

Cons

One area I wish they'd improve is recognizing when a candidate has already replied because I've seen follow-up emails cause confusion for candidates who already answered the initial message.

useful ATs and system integration

Pros

Integration with our ATS and other systems is convenient and I find the information flows naturally reducing duplicate entries and mistakes.

Cons

From my experience a major shortcoming is that you can only build limited, pre-set email templates. That limitation makes it hard to tailor messages for specific roles or personas so I can't target candidates as precisely or personalize outreach the way I'd like.

Dedicated sourcing team assistance

Pros

A dedicated sourcing team backs me up on tough-to-fill positions and I find having that support makes a big difference.

Cons

Occasionally they'll present what looks like a strong candidate yet I find the educational background or required credentials are absent.

diverse candidate sourcing

Pros

The candidate sourcing engine reduces my workload and I find it helps reach a more diverse talent pool supporting our inclusion goals.

Cons

I've noticed inconsistencies among candidates submitted for certain roles which has forced me to perform extra manual screening because a number of applicants didn't match the exact skills or experience levels we require for those positions.

Pros

It effectively sources candidates from different backgrounds and I find it saves time while remaining user-friendly.

Cons

In my experience a downside was that candidate profiles were occasionally delivered late which disrupted our recruitment schedule and caused delays when we had several open roles at the same time.

perfect for LinkedIn and Greenhouse sync

Pros

Integration with LinkedIn and Greenhouse aligns the workflow and I find keeping candidate information synced across platforms much easier.

Cons

Every so often I end up with candidates whose experience levels don't match what we're aiming for so I have to run extra filtering on the results. That additional screening is necessary to make sure applicants meet our employment and qualification criteria before we consider them for a role.

Pros

Automated candidate analytics

Pros

Automated candidate identification is excellent and I find the analytics insightful and well integrated with other systems.

Cons

On the downside I feel the user interface needs simplification, the candidate database search could use improvements and the mobile functionality should be updated to match the desktop version.

Pros

Outstanding customer success support

Pros

Customer Success support is outstanding and I find their help transforms how I work with the platform. The email templates generate great response rates which I also find impressive.

Cons

Efficient and cost-effective sourcing

Pros

Sourcing candidates is more efficient and I find this tool preferable to LinkedIn Recruiter while being more cost-effective.

Cons

I'm not crazy about the newest visual redesign they've introduced, the look feels off to me. That said the core features keep working well and I still find the product functional and reliable.

Effective early-stage hiring tool

Pros

While I was employed there they provided a distinctive solution that helps companies and hiring teams manage their candidate databases. Speaking as a recruiter I found it to be a very effective tool that aligns the early stages of hiring by supplying recruiters with a wide variety of high-quality candidate options.

Cons

At first it was marketed as a purely AI-driven product but I found that it depended more on a mixture of manual human effort, staffing and some AI components to produce results.

Pros

Pushing candidate sources through the platform is really feasible and I find it easy to give the team actionable feedback to refine searches.

Cons

There were a few bugs but the team was always quick and willing to fix them as soon as I reported them.

quick CV delivery with metrics

Pros

CVs are delivered quickly and I find the summaries with metrics like opens, interest and replies make follow-up simple.

Cons

I've noticed that some profiles don't actually match the filters we set in the search which wastes time reviewing irrelevant candidates. Also, I can't add candidates who aren't on LinkedIn and that limits our ability to include people from other sourcing channels.

chrome extension aids sourcing

Pros

The Chrome extension is highly useful and I find it helps locate candidates not on LinkedIn while running campaigns smoothly.

Cons

Over time my experience has been that the sourcing tools became less reliable and they started returning candidates who weren't truly qualified.
