Pros

It seems easy and simple to set up although some initial training may be required.

Cons

The service is disastrous. The DSN declaration works only half the time and always comes with errors. They are unable to fix issues caused by programming mistakes in their software. They never answer the phone except once a year for billing. If you ask a question via email or chat, you will just receive an automatic reply with no real solution. On the phone it's a recorded message with no one answering. These issues could trigger an URSSAF audit. They cannot even provide a payroll journal for employees which leads to certain adjustments and incorrect calculations. Finally the software does not calculate and accumulate paid leave correctly. We have had far too many problems with this company. So listen to me and avoid making the same mistake, choose another provider.

The price is reasonable but I find it too complicated to set up. There are other solutions available that are worth researching online.

They don't honor the 14-day cancellation period so make sure to read the terms and conditions carefully. Also the customer service is just a chatbot and no one calls you back.

It is a disaster. If you thought a payroll software would naturally comply with the law, let me tell you are mistaken as it is not compliant at all. Plus besides being completely incompetent, they waste time making promises about updates and fixes that never happen. When we asked them to simply do their job and generate a DSN-compliant pay slip, they got angry and closed our account.
