“covers all HR management in one place

Pros

This tool helps me cover all HR processes in one platform. I find its performance and competencies management especially strong and the workflows and automations save me time while reducing repetitive manual work. It keeps everything organized and makes HR operations much more efficient.

Cons

Because this platform has such a wide range of features, I need time to fully explore and understand everything. There's definitely a learning curve but once I get used to it, the depth of the platform turns into a real advantage.
