The payroll process runs completely automated without requiring any manual intervention
Cons
Shift day policy isn't available here so we have to create separate off day shifts and apply them individually to day or night shifts which is pretty inconvenient.

“Decent tool but pricey customization
Pros
Interface looks great and operating this app is really simple.
Cons
Lack of basic customization is frustrating. Since this is supposed to be an HCM solution I dont think there should be integration costs with other ERP systems or at minimum, basic payroll integration should come free of charge.
