Setting up is a simple and quick process. Also processing payroll is simple and the integration is simple. Plus their customer service is outstanding as they always help us when needed.

I noticed that there are a few useful tools and features that are missing.

Pros

Friday is very easy to use. We have had a fantastic experience using it every week, navigating through the site and all its useful features and getting employees onboard. Employees have also mentioned how easy it is for them to use the app. Plus the customer support is the best I have ever dealt with always resolving any questions the same day.

Cons

While the website usually provides a notice receiving an email reminder about legal holidays and their impact on payroll would be helpful. Also I think it would be great to have the Cue the Confetti emails back.
