“Does the job

Pros

I like that this software is user friendly and it is a huge help in outreaching to candidates. Plus the data and analytics provided give you valuable insights into trends and patterns which really help with sourcing and recruiting.

Cons

In some areas I think the process for sending outreaches could be clearer. Specifically when sending emails versus InMails, the steps after the process like TO DOs can be missed if you are not aware that they are needed.

Pros

There is nothing much that I like about it except the text campaigns and sequences.

Cons

The email accuracy for candidates is less than 5%. Also there is no live chat for customer support and there is no communication regarding the relationship with account management. The resume search engine does not work and the system does not prevent duplicate entries.
