“helpful tax updates
Pros
Running a small organization with only a handful of employees used to make record management a challenge for our HR team. After trying this software handling salary calculations became much more manageable. The interface is user friendly so both experienced HR staff and beginners can quickly work out salaries, tax deductions and TDS without much trouble. It also covers salaries, contractor payments and other deduction types which makes it flexible enough for different kinds of businesses. The payroll integration works well and the software stays updated with the latest tax rules which is a big plus.
Cons
It does include a few advanced features but report customization is somewhat limited and the pricing can feel high for small businesses or freelancers.

“powerful payroll with compliance
Pros
Has been a strong payroll solution for handling businesses of different sizes. It comes with a full set of features and a handy self service portal. Along with payroll it also supports HR management well by offering complete functiona, convenient PF/ESI filing, a biometric smart attendance system, reliable customer support and the important confidence of staying compliant with Indian regulations.
Cons
One part that feels dated is the drawer design in the software as the user interface looks old even though it remains simple to use.
