“Great for tracking and reporting needs”
Pros
It is great for keeping track of my team's access and working hours. With 16 employees spread across different locations, it generates accurate and reliable reports which makes my collaboration with the labor consultant much quicker.
Cons
The software is well-designed but for someone who is not very familiar with it, the backoffice might not be immediately clear. In my opinion creating video tutorials for first-time users or offering some basic online training would help clarify common doubts.

Pros
Geobadge software is pretty easy to use and very efficient when it comes to generating both overall and individual employee reports.
Cons
I feel like it would be really helpful to have a printable report that summarizes the hours worked throughout the month.

“User-friendly solution”
Pros
Both the software and app are user-friendly yet they offer nearly unlimited customization options. Everything we need is available and it's quick and easy to use.
Cons
The mandatory enabled feature is a bit inconvenient. I wish it were an optional setting like in the previous version as it was simpler to use and allowed you to choose whether or not to activate it. Now the feature is compulsory.

Pros
Entering data into it is easy and managing it is also not a problem.
Cons
It has several connected programs which can be a bit hard. Also the exact location of the user is not always identified properly. The app, despite working in the background, does not open quickly and drains battery. Also I noticed it is only compatible with NFC on Android, not iOS. Occasionally it does not recognize QR codes for temporary job sites, even when the service is linked to the user and client.

Pros
The time tracking feature with geolocation, QR code,or NFC options ensures privacy laws are followed. Also it is easy to use for both the users and those managing the portal. And it offers various monthly reports. The support team is always available, friendly and even open to our suggestions for further development. So I highly recommend it.
Cons
When exporting monthly report data to Excel, the numbers are converted into text. I feel like it would be better if they stayed as numbers so we can perform further calculations and analysis in Excel.

It is a good tool as it is easy to register, super user-friendly and pretty helpful.
Cons
There were overlapping totals and some team members initially struggled to get the hang of it.

Geobadge is a great tool as it's easy for our workers to use as well.
Cons
The automatic rounding is not very clear. I am not sure if it's available and if it is, I have not figured out how to activate it. To be fair I have not contacted the company for clarification and I might have gotten more information if I did.
