“Thoughtfully built with responsive rep
Pros
As a solo recruiter I discovered Giig through The Team Network when I was searching for a free CRM. To me its interface feels thoughtfully built and continues to get better. Recently I upgraded to a paid plan. And and that time Andy and Luke have both been extremely responsive, happy to assist and open to hearing any ideas I suggest for improvements.
Cons
I have no complaints as the platform does exactly what I need without any unnecessary complication.

“Operational core for a solo founder
Pros
Launching my business as the sole founder and recruiter felt overwhelming at first but finding Giig changed everything. I genuinely cannot emphasize enough how important this recruitment platform has been for getting my operations up and running. Plus it goes beyond being a mere application as it functions as the operational core of my one-person company and I truly appreciate what it's done for me!
Cons
I have not run into any problems yet as everything functions smoothly and the fact that it just works is, in my view, its most important strength.

“very simple tool yet remarkably powerful

Having used it since the very first day I launched my agency, I'm truly impressed by how purposely simple yet remarkably powerful this software is. Plus the value you receive for the price blew me away as it far exceeded my expectations. Moreover they continually ship practical, helpful updates and the support team is the most responsive I've interacted with on any software product. Overall I strongly recommend it.

“Centralizes details and saves time
Pros
Giig layout is clean and user friendly so getting up and running was super simple. Plus it centralizes all of my candidate details and messages in one spot which stopped me from having to manage a bunch of spreadsheets and tangled email chains. The automation tools are real time savers too especially when it comes to scheduling interviews and sending follow-up messages. As a one-person recruiting operation, I find it helps me juggle many candidates without dropping anything. So I'd say it's a strong pick if you want a streamlined recruiting tool.
Cons
Overall it accomplishes what I need it to. If my workflow demanded more advanced features or complexity, I'd go with a different product.

Pros
The interface is easy to use, the features are user friendly and the support team has been outstanding. For what it offers I think it's great value for money as some packages are available at PS0 per month with no strings attached and the premium tier is also reasonably priced compared with competitors.
Cons

Pros
After only a couple of weeks using it I'm already convinced it's miles ahead of the alternatives. It removes all the headaches involved in tailoring a recruitment-focused solution because it's already built and configured for those exact needs. The emails they send to help you get more from the platform are genuinely helpful too, not the kind you immediately delete. Honestly I am so glad I discovered it as it's made my workflow so much smoother and feels purpose-built for recruiters like me.
Cons
It works brilliantly as I personally can't find any real faults. If I'm being picky though, the email tips and hints they send are so handy that they tend to pull my attention away from the tasks I should be focusing on which can interrupt my flow. Despite that small distraction, I still find those messages valuable and they improve how I use the platform overall.

Pros
Honestly I'd urge any recruiter starting out to try this tool. The system has given me precisely what I was looking for. Plus it is user friendly and represents excellent value especially compared to the outrageous fees other CRMs demand. Getting the free tier was ideal while I was launching the business. Luke and Andy are amazing too and answer almost immediately whenever I raise a question. I've already told several fellow recruiters about it and plan to keep recommending it moving forward from now!

I'd back it with no hesitation. For the price there's no downside.

Important functions like resume organization and customizable workflows are clearly well thought out and they help keep my hiring processes on track without needless interruptions. Pros
I recently started a recruitment firm with a friend and found GiiG while looking for options. Their forever free plan let me test the CRM basics without commitment. Plus it's tailored for our field and feels natural and the layout just makes sense. Since they're still new, occasional glitches are expected but so far every issue has been minor. I must praise their support team too as their customer service is excellent. They have been very responsive from day one be it queries or bugs all get answered almost immediately and are usually resolved within a few hours. Luke also took time for an introductory call with us and I was impressed by the lack of hard sells. As their are just honest talk about benefits and areas for improvement. I even like that they genuinely welcome feedback and suggestions to build features that meet customers needs. We are on the Giig starter tier and it covers our requirements well. The pricing also offers really good value.
Cons
Minor glitches are easy to overlook since the team remedies them so quickly and to me it's a fair trade-off.
